How to perceive reality?

“There is no matter as such, all matter originates and exists only by virtue of a force which brings the particle of an atom to vibration and holds this most minute solar system of the atom together. We must assume behind this force the existent of a conscious and intelligent mind. This mind is the matrix of all matter.” – Max Planck

The only reality we know is the one our mind projects, and our mind displays for us a vision of what is around us. It receives millions of signals every minute and those are organized into holograms that therefore are projected outside ourselves.

The way we see our material reality is based on:

1- Light clusters or photons travel from the scene to the eye.

2-Then the photons travel to the eye lens.

3-After, they are refracted and focus on the retina of the back of the eye.

4- The rays of this light turn into electrical signals.

5-These electrical signals are transmitted by neurons to the center of vision which is at the back of the brain.

6-  Finally, the scene that we perceive and the surrounding that we visualize makes part of an electric signal that goes along in the back of our brain.

Everything we see and observe takes place in a space of a few cubic centimeters. So it is possible to say that everything “in reality” is possible.

the eye back to the visual cortex, in the occipital lobe, in the back ...

Now, how can we really define what is real when everything we see is but a reflection of light that is transformed into a mere string and converted into our entire reality?

Further analyzing into our absoluteness, reality is only real because we make it real as we observe it. The Measurement Problem is a question that has agitated Quantum Physicists as it reveals that: An atom only appears in a particular place if it is measured, this means that an atom is spread all over the place until a conscious observer decides to look at it. So, the act of measurement or observation creates the entire Universe.

*The question of- Does an ongoing radio in the middle of the forest, sound even if no conscious observer is there?

We can think, well it wouldn’t sound to anyone if no-one is actually there because the radiowaves wouldn’t travel to the person far away but in this case it does not apply because what is being said does not involve the fact of someone hearing it, it involves the fact of: is it really playing music if no-one is to witness.
